The home of 901 EP Polymer Paste
An Extreme Pressure (E.P.) and assembly lubricant paste. 901 EP Polymer Paste is
a complex Calcium Sulphonate base, with the added benefits of “Enhanced Polymer
Technology” (E.P.T.) formulated for use on a wide range of applications that
require excellent residual lubrication. A Calcium Sulphonate base lubricant
ensures superior load carrying qualities. Blended with selected PAO oils and a
high percentage of P.T.F.E (Polytetrafluoroethylene) has produced a lubricant
most suited for assembly of precision tooling.
In application, 901 EP Polymer Paste is well suited for:

• Heavy Duty Marine/Industrial
• Injection Mould Tool Lubricant
• Poly and Metal Thread Lubricant
• Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinder Assembly
• Process and Robotic Equipment
Key Benefits
• Long term residual lubrication-ensures moving parts are provided with an
almost permanent high load type film of lubricant.
• Able to tolerate high and low temperatures and moisture contamination.
• Will not dry out, allowing tools in storage constant protection from
corrosion, and moving parts to be well lubricated when installed for production.
• Extreme Pressure qualities- most suited for linear rails, small gear units.
• Suited for any application in Industry that requires a good long term residual
lubricant.
• Also suitable for marine (fresh or salt water) application as it is highly
water resistant.
